USATF-LI offers a full
program of Cross Country events for Youth, Open and Masters
Runners. Youth Cross Country meets are held at the scenic
Sunken Meadow State Park and Open and Masters events include
some of the premiere Cross Country Races on Long Island.
To all Meet and
Road Event Directors:
USATF Rule 144 prohibits the visible use or possession of
personal entertainment or communicative devices in competition.
Violators are subject to disqualification.
